Case Management Solutions’ Telephonic Case Managers (TCM) provide customers with an early intervention solution from the onset of injury. Early intervention facilitates an injured worker’s recovery and expedites an early return to work all while managing costs.
Case Management Solutions’ vocational experts develop action oriented plans to expedite the injured worker’s return to gainful employment, while accommodating their physical capabilities and transferable skills. Vocational Case Managers are also available to conduct labor market surveys and facilitate job searches.
Case Management Solutions’ will provide necessary bilingual Case Managers to overcome language barriers.
